When you think about what Franklin Police are doing with their harassment tactics , you begin to understand why "The Greatest Generation" stood up and smashed Nazi Germany into rubble.
The police have gotten away from The Constitution and they ignore Human Rights. This is obviously the beginning of this countrys demise and the people didnt fire one shot in stopping it.
When you think about it , this is the stuff we all hear happening in other countries because they dont have a Constitution or even know what Human Rights are BUT to have these things happening here in America we can see why churches everywhere in Franklin are saying we are nearing the Rapture or perhaps even Armageddon itself.
I think God is about to rain down his displeasure on us all just like he did with Soddom. I wonder how the police would like that? What are they gonna do about it , point their microwave toy at him?

Behind The Scenes

Franklin , Tennessee - for those who fondly remember him , Jay Johnson is still here in Franklin.
One of JJ's favorite abusive luxuries , was using his Franklin Police Department , to harass any body he did not like. That's right , if he did not like you , he would sic his law " Dogs " on you.
So ask yourself - is this what a police department is for ? Is this how taxpayer money is to be used ? How would you feel , having the law " Dogs " harass you , just because someone like Jay Johnson , did not like you ? It's interesting how many people know about this. Could this be a reason , THE REVIEW APPEAL is no longer a newsy newspaper ? Hmmmm Did you know , other law enforcement agencies know what JJ has been doing with his law " Dogs " and looked the other way ?

Now do you understand why KoolAid no longer lives in Franklin ? Remember 3 years back , on Drinkin The Franklin KoolAid blog , the discussion topic was JJ ? Kool was threatened sooo badly , he deleted his blog and immediately moved out of state. It took him several months , to build his nerve back up to blog again. Without a doubt , Kool's blog is a huge and successful pain in the ass , to both JJ and the real powers that govern The City of Franklin , because he keeps on telling the truth about them. ( Franklin's elected officials do not have any authority what so ever , outside of being elected )

There's only one way to get rid of Jay Johnson. You've got to remove his law " Dogs " ass well. His " Dogs " give the rest of the Franklin Police Department a really big bad name.
Franklin has both good and bad police officers. It's way past time to clean house. Meanwhile , JJ continues to prove that his law is above our law and his lawless " Law Dogs " will continue to do ass it pleases him , because he knows , the citizens of Franklin won't stand up and do something about it / him.

Here's another fact - Jay Johnson is breaking the law , by using the law for his personal purposes , while honest police officers look away , to avoid being fired. Other people look away because they don't want it happening to them. Just think , about all of the people , who knows what he's doing and yet , nothing gets done to correct it/him. The people at W.A.M. know about JJ. Are you going to tell me the DA does'nt know ? Well , our " Good Ole Boy " JJ , has shown us all , just how feeble minded and cowardly , " US " Franklinites really are , by proving it , to our own selves with our inaction. I think I may be the only one , talking about this openly. Butt hey , what's JJ gonna do , throw me in jail ? I don't think so. He's too much of a " Coward " himself , to do something so manly like that. After all , that's why he keeps his Police Department , safe and deep in his back pocket.

One Year Later

Franklin , Tennessee - it's been a whole year , with Franklin having a new City Administrator and now it's report card time. Kat caught , "the new guy" with nothing better to do with himself and sat down to talk about his new home town.

Kat: Thank you for seeing Mr. Stuckey
Stuckey: Damn girl , you've got the prettiest eyes. Um , er , I'm glad to see you too , Ms. Kat. What can I do for you?
Kat: What's the biggest , most enjoyable "thing" , that you've found , about running this city?
Stuckey: Well Kat , I've never thought it would be this much fun running a police department. That "jackie" guy sure does need a lot of help and I'm just glad to be here to assist him with his problem child.
Kat: Weren't you already doing that sort of thing where you come from?
Stuckey: Oh no , no , of course not. Where I come from , the police Chief , ran his own department his own way. He was a very competent operator. No , where I come from , the city administrator did'nt cross over any lines or step on any toes. There was just no need for it.
Kat: I see. Soooooo , what's been your biggest obstacle to date?
Stuckey: Getting you to go out with me , heh , heh , heh , er , ah , that's a joke girl , OKay? Ummm , (cough cough) ass you may already know , Jay Johnson left some rather large holes in need of filling in and after a whole year , I'm still finding those things lying around.
Kat: Large holes?
Stuckey: Yeah , you know , all those Damn 'Hoes with holes. I tripped over one yesterday , ass she lay on my office floor.
Kat: Yeah I do know 'bout those ho's. Anything else?
Stuckey: Well , now that you've asked , it's amazing at the amount of money flowing into my office these days. I'm still trying to figure out where it's all coming from. You know , this developer , that developer. This guy , that guy and I don't have a clue , what any of it's for. So , I'm having to spend a lot of my time counting it proper and investigate what it's for. A town being of this size , I don't want to be short changed on my share , which I'm sure you can understand , can't you? I mean , I guess Jay Johnson took the books with him ass I can't find them , I guess is what I should say.
Kat: Have you tried asking the police Chief for those books?
Stuckey: Whaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaat?! Oooooooh , the bloody Hell of it all!

Franklin Gets Spanked

Franklin , Tennessee - TDOT spanked Franklin Police asses for their dishonesty in law enforcement.
This was a favorite "law enforcement" method , used by the former Jay Johnson , which Franklin Police willingly used , ass a speedy money making management tool.
It's a good bet , Mr. Kline knew all about Franklin Police being dishonest butt , he also knew that if he reported this , his ass would be on the police Shit list.
I've reported this activity earlier in this blog. Officer Bates had told me about this and it's architect , Jay Johnson , who he explained and complained about , was bringing in many new dishonorable and dishonest activities that could harm the city's reputation if the public majority got wind of it. Of course , the history books now show both Tim Taylor and Jay Johnson gone. Gee , I wonder why that took so long?
Meanwhile , Judge Don Young knew what was going on and he often threw out traffic court cases when he saw where the citation had taken place. He upset some folks because he was costing Jay Johnson money every time he did that , butt , this is another story. Let's move on , shall we -
Between the Koolaid Blog and this one , Franklin Police have been very busy indeed. They have switched their radio freqs and fired Tim Taylor while giving their "Boss Hog" , Jay Johnson the boot. This is not a coincidence.
Now to answer the BIG question. How come TDOT now tells Franklin to do right , after all of these years? And the answer is - they were'nt getting their share of the money. Yep. To break the law , all you need is money given to the right people. Ass long ass Franklin Police kept it to their streets , TDOT does'nt care , butt , get on their side of the assphalt and they will be looking for their cut.
You think I'm joking? I've been around the inside of TDOT and I know they don't do Jack unless they have too. They also look the other way when paid too. Yep , it took Mr. Kline long enough to talk about this daily routine that's been going on for years. I can talk about this because I don't pay out and I don't receive. I'm not a part of their pyramid scheme.

Why Such A Huge Building

Here in Franklin Tennessee people are still asking why such a large building for the police. The answer simply is this-the building will be needed when Shit hits the fan in a BIG WAY. This Taj Mahal thing will become command central for everyone to co ordinate all activities going on in this area.

Of course , the next questions are all about those stored coffins and just where is the concentration camp for this area anyway. Will they let me bring my CDs?

I mention this because you should see whats on youtube in Illinois. Our government thinks something really bad is about to happen around here people. Are you ready for it?

Have you been to church lately? I mean any church? It seems they are all talking about what I just mentioned here. Makes ya feel all warm and fuzzy inside dont it? At least my burial plot is payed for. I wonder what those other little people will get who cant afford to be buried?

Franklin , Tennessee - while talking with some people at the Sheriff's Department , "I'm concerned for my grandson's future. I have no idea what kind of world he will live in." was suddenly blurted out by a deputy.

Well of course he's concerned. America has gotten away from God to the point it's no longer a good country to live in. We no longer have anyone to run for president whom we can count on. Our politicians are corrupt ass well ass "Our" own police department.

Meanwhile The Johova's Witnesses don't practice what they preach and yet they want to come into your home and teach you the Bible. I can show you one JW who is involved in Burglary so I guess the Ten Commandments don't mean anything to him. Mayby he's just special , I reckon. Meanwhile the lesson of Christ's birth is forgotten to another JW. Hmmmm.

And meanwhile Franklin Police ignore human rights ass well ass "Our" laws.

So , does this give you an idea of what kind of Future "Our" grandchildren have to live in? The Future is now people and it's not science fiction.

CALEA

I stole this from another blog.
Franklin , Tennessee - it's interesting at the toys Franklin Police have these days while the Sheriff's department doesn't have a clue about any of them. The police are under no obligation to tell the Sheriff anything about them which is also interesting.

Ass word gets around under the table , no doubt the non-CALEA agencies will get on the stick and get that accreditation when they learn about the microwave rifles that are now in sufficient quantities to pass out. The only reason why they are not in use at this time is because not everyone is CALEA and under President Bush's agenda , that's an important requirement.

So , it's just a matter of time before everyone gets on the band wagon. Currently , the Williamson County Sheriff's Department is unaware of what Franklin Police have. Maybe I should have a word with Sheriff Long and bring him up to speed and perhaps welcome him into 2011 before it's all gone. At one point the department was working on becoming CALEA butt it's so Damn expensive , they couldn't afford it.

Microwave Harassment-The Stupid Question

Google has a lot of info on the subject of Microwave Harassment. The information tells us that it is a non-lethal weapon.
Heres the question-when you think about it , this non-lethal weapon is the same thing as a microwave oven. How can cooking someone be considered non-lethal?
By digging further into Google we find this thing kills because its use is being abused to the point of causing death.
Now with this fact being just that a fact how do people justify its use while saying its non-lethal?
Its obvious someone is either full of themselves or they are Satan worshipers.
Why do humans want to find new ways to hurt eachother? Is it because its fun or is it the Satan factor? Everything I find on this subject points to Satan being in charge.
Even the Bible tells us this.

Whats With The Aldermen

Have you wondered why on some issues the aldermen wont do the right thing? Ever wonder why that is?

The New World Order

Ive taken a Google at various sites and this stuff just plain scares me. Everything we want to know is found in Google. This New World Order thing is very real indeed and we are going to be taken over.
A lesson history-after this country bombed Nazi Germany into dust We brought thousands of Nazis over here for their military technology which was far ahead of ours. These people had sworn oaths to The Fatherland and to The Third Reich. They were fearful for their families even while being over here because WE had not gotten every Nazi SS whose job it was to ensure no one dessented against their oaths and even some of those people had been brought over here and given diplomatic immunity.
Today these Nazis are in our highest levels of government and they have been busy stripping US of our American rights. They have side stepped the Constitution and removed it as well from their parameters of operation including the law.
We are in a lot of trouble people and they are preparing for the worst and they will survive the upcoming conflict in this country.
This is the reason why on youtube you find videos of the coffins and the concentration camps. in fact we have already lost the battle and we dont even know it.

I know Ive written a lot about Franklin Police but they are on a lot of peoples minds these days. Have you ever wondered how the police work? Let me tell you about their microwave technology at work.
Do you remember the original Koolaid blogger? Why is he gone? Do you remember the second Koolaid blogger? What happened to him? I will bet Im the next to go. So , let me tell you whats going on here in Franklin.
Lets say you are talking about the 28 Million dollar scam involving the police building and you are rather out spoken. Meanwhile you have been very outspoken about the Lunatics spending of Millions of dollars on $treet $cape. Or maybe you find yourself being outspoken about Vanderbilt professors taking advantage of young girls for grades in exchange for their virginity. Doing such things gets your ass on someones radar.
Heres where microwave technology comes into play - microwave technology is now being used for radio communications inside the brain. Theres no need for an external radio being held in your hand. The military is currently the only people using this technology in special units.
Heres how it works for Franklin Police. They will aim their toys at you and start the music. Your head will have buzzing going on and you will have mood swings. Without thinking you find yourself dumping trash on your neighbors lawn. You even find yourself stealing mail from the mailboxes down the street. In the evening without warning your walking over to your neighbor and you are punching a hole in their tires. All the while Franklin Police are watching your every move while they point their microwave toy at your brain.
Now the police need more than just their say so and thats where our good citizens come nto the game. The police will pay them for filling out their complaint forms and various other paperwork. In a short amount of time the police have all the evidence they need to justify pointing their microwave toy at your ass and now it begins. They will harass you until theres nothing more of you to harass. Thats how it works. Remember their microwave toy is no different than your microwave oven. Your oven cooks dinner while the police microwave cooks people.
FYI-I found on Google where the Nazis were using this microwave toy to cook Jews who in turn were passed around as food to feed a starving nation. Well human meat is protein isnt it? How do any of us know that microwave technology will not be used to kill and cook people in the near future?
Im not a part of Franklin Police so I guess I can see with a clear mind that what they are doing is pure Evil and they are a part of something we all are not going to like when the great disaster happens and there are no more trucks bringing in food to our grocery store. Why am I so disturbed about this Microwave Harassment thing? Because it goes against everything this country stands for. It goes against every Billion dollars WE have spent fighting for human rights all across this globe.
Heres the really biggie point-Im sure theres a good reason for the law having these microwave devices but as we all know the law abuses everything they have.
This thing is the start of something scary for us all to be wary of.
After doing the Goggle thing I found this technology really does come from Nazi Germany and most of us understand that if it comes from the Nazis then theres nothing good about it and its a fact it will be abused in ways it was not intended.
Hitler was unhappy at the slow rate his Final Solution was going. Thats how microwave technology came into being. It was used to cook Jews along with those other people who refused to Seig Heil. Theres a report saying that cooked Jews were helping feed the hungry and that the meals were both satisfying and nourishing.
Think about that remark for a moment. Do you realize in the coming years of predicted famine those people in possession of microwave devices will be able to go out and instantly cook someone for dinner. No fire needed and the food is prepared in its own juices.

I ve done some more digging about this scary thing of microwave harassment and heres what it can do and none of it is nice:

Keep in mind these are things you would not normally be doing
It causes mood swings. You are a nice person one minute and just plain mean the next.
Makes you steal
makes you become violent
place a rope across the street using trash cans
dump garbage on your neighbors deck
makes your heart feel sickly and messed up
you will not have an appetite
they can shut down your body functions
makes you feel sick and you hurt all the time
Since this is a microwave they will put you to sleep while they cook your body

Now think about this. Is this what the police are for? Harassing people? Making people do things they would not normally do?
Welcome to the New World Order people. The point is , this Shit wont stop here because now they will expand what and who they do things to. I have found that the news media does know about this but they will not report it because they dont want it used on them. This whole project is highly secret and Franklin Police have all of the federal dollars they need to pay off people to keeping this a secret.
I have also found out this is why Ted Turner sold CNN and this is why CNN has watered down news these days. Its important to stay politcal correct these days or else

I have heard all kinds of remarks about Franklin Police and how they treat people. You know , you hear this stuff so much and yet , there never seems to be any substance to any of it.
Yesterday A cop pulls over a black man in front of my place. While talking to the driver the officer leaned against the car and Bitched slapped the driver and took a step back. The officer was telling the driver "Say it again you black bastard".
Now that Ive seen what people are talking about I can tell you that what you hear on the streets about Franklin Police seems to have some truth in it. I mean like what is their problem? When the people dont make complaints about these incidents they are only going to get worse with time.
Well maybe they already are.

How many people know that Franklin Police have the ability to harass people with a microwave emitter? The thing can make you sweat , nervous , give muscle ticks and hearing problems.

Franklin Police don't give a Damn about anyone or anything except their own ass these days. Since when is harassment enforcing the law? When the law is above the law then WE are all in trouble.

I Goggled Microwave Harassment and it scares me. I found the only reason to use this stuff is because a person is exposing corruption. Well I guess I'm next on the list because I really do not think this city spent 28 Million dollars designing that Damn police buiulding. More Traffic Woes

The word is traffic isn't getting any better on Concord Road. Well , why should it? Afterall the roads in this area called Franklin were designed around those who cared more for making money and not serviceable communities. With unrestricted growth of course traffic will increase.
Of course , many people have made jokes about Franklin Folley Trolley. With the price of gas these days , maybe the trolley has finally found its day. Somewhere in all of the fuss there has to be answers for everyone to smile about. Its up to the people to make it happen.

By now most everyone has got their new tax raises in the mail. People are wondering how it is in such a poor economy their taxes could go up so high so fast and they can not figure it out.
Well figure it out no more people because read on and you will learn as to why.

Of course not everyone in Franklin was invited to the gathering. Ive got an email asking what was going on. Well selling the hospital was one topic being talked about. It seems there were those who were dividing up the pie profits and Jay J0hnson was of course due his slice. You know its interesting at the corruption in this town. It seems it does so much good and yet not everyone gets a piece of that pie. Not everyone gets help from the police when asked for it and not everyone gets a piece of pie simply because they are not on the inside of the circle. Not everyone benefits from this towns corruption. Its like the bank next door to the police building. Not everyone can use it. You have got to have what they want to be allowed to ride on their train and that right there pretty much describes this town and what its all about dont it? Not everyone got to party and enjoy the free Moonshine did you? Were you there? Were you even invited? You know its like Street Scape. We all pay city taxes but not all of us got a share of Street Scape dollars. And if you are like the Franklin Koolaid blogger you shut down because of the harassment you get from the police for talking about it.

The Gathering

How many of you were at the party over the weekend? Maybe I should call it the gathering. It was an interesting crowd. While there I learned that dope is legally sold in the city of Franklin and I also learned that Pussy is also legally sold in this fair city and I even learned that good old boy Moonshine is sold legally in this town because it cures Gout and besides many of Franklin higher ranks need it for medicinal purposes.
Aaaaaaaah yes Franklin. Has it really changed over the years or is it the new faces that give it a new look that are doing the same old thing thats always been done here before? I dunno but it sure was interesting to see some Shit faces over the shine. The Grass was doing a pretty good job too.

People Say The Darndest Things

I saw in another blog where people are caught saying such and such and I wondered if its really so and I went over for breakfast one morning and sure enough I heard people talking how Franklin used to be a town with more than one horse and people actually enjoyed living here.
Then one fine day SATURN came to town with lots of money (after ruining the town they moved out of) and bought up everything in sight and this town hasnt been the same since. Today people want to Bitch about this and Bitch about that while the town needs things done instead it gets flowers for Street Scape.
One things for sure , this town now has one horse thats on its last feet and no one cares. There are suburbs with TVA lines going down the street and through yards. This is called planning.
You know what? Listening to people talk I learned this town really does sucks. SATURN came and this town went down the sewer pipe head first and it hasnt been the same since.
And would you look at where SATURN is today after throwing all that money around ask this question , are you better off with or without it was SATURN really that good a company to have around? Maybe those flowers on Street Scape are to help put SATURN to rest what do you think?
Anyway I really dont think the good ole days are going to come back home. Do you?

Heres something a reader passed on to me to help explain the money matters going on at McKays Mill.
The city spent 28 Million dollars to design a 36 Million dollar police building. The person responsible for spending that 28 Million dollars is probably the same person doing the books at McKays Mill
When you think about it from this angle their money management sure makes sense dont it?

Another Taj Mahal

The new police headquarters building has certainly started something. Now its Taj Mahal this and Taj Mahal that. Why doesnt Franklin Codes put in to all the new construction the domes and the towers? I think thats a great idea how 'bout you?
Meanwhile instead of talkin Taj Mahal why dont we build one? Can you imagine the envy of our neighbors in Brentwood? Having our very own Taj Mahal would definitely add to our opulence of effluence.
You know what they say build it and they will kome. Just think of all the tourism India would lose out on. Then all of the Indian cuisine shops would kome to town so people wouldnt need to go all the way to Nashville for real Indian food.
Just think of it our very own Taj Mahal. My mouth waters at the prospect of all the money to be made. Just think of it. Another gold mine right here in Franklin. Now why wasnt this thought of sooner?

Here's the big question - the people who scammed this city for 28 Million dollars are the same folks who are behind selling the hospital so they can put another pot of gold in their pockets.
The question now is - what comes after selling the hospital? How many more pots of gold are left in this city?

Ive gotten several emails wanting to know my alderman. Whats everyone so bothered about who my alderman is? The truth about elected officials in this town is that no one not even the good citizens of Franklin have a voice in government. The aldermen of this town merely take up space in chairs and offices and give excuses for elections to be held and do what the "Wack Ohs" tell them to do.

Here's the latest on selling the Williamson County Hospital: If you'll note this link won't work because someone doesn't want certain information getting out. The real and only reason WMC is for sale is because the people who scammed the city for 28 Million dollars wants to scam the city further and this would put another fortune in their hat. For this kind of Shit to be going on clearly shows how weak and shy the people of Franklin truly are.
Meanwhile , there's a meeting on May 9 , 2011 at the admin complex to promote not selling WMC. The word on the street is this is being low key due to the powers that be want to sell the Damn thing and I for one support selling WMC and NO I dont get anything to promote selling WMC.

Screwing The Veterans Half Way

If there was a country on this planet that screwed its Veterans America would win every prize.
I could not believe my ears when the TV stated that if this country could not put a budget together the President and Congress would continue to get paid accordingly while our veterans in the field would only get half a paycheck while keeping their head down from hostile fire by unfriendlys.
Makes me wonder who is the unfriendly-the President or Congress.
Would someone please explain to me like Im a 3rd grader how our veterans can make ends meet and balance their monthly budget and feed the kids and pay the mortgage and buy food all at the same time with only half of a paycheck. If they get half a paycheck does that mean they are only required to fight half the time or do they simply duck enemy fire half the time. I need someone from Congress to help me do the math here.
Why is it so important to Americas politicians to Shit on our veterans? What have they done to be treated like some kind of 3rd class citizen?
Perhaps this is merely a warm up to the upcoming New World Order and yes this half paycheck benefit also applies to all Veterans living in Franklin.

Theres talk of turning a golf course idea into fruition provided the lawsuits can be ignored. Yep what this town needs is a golf course so people can get away from the problems that make Franklin what it is today.

Whats the deal with Ewingville Drive? Or do I say Ewing? Is the city going to do what it said it would or is the city a big "Flip Flopper" ? I went sight seeing last week and I had someone following me. Getting out , I asked what the deal was and got told there had been some looting and stealing and such.

And just what was the police doing ? They were busy arresting some Wake Boarders who were busy having fun and not bothering no one.
So let me get this straight-the tax payers spend millions for a police department but it takes the people to look after themselves and property? What kind of a Happy One-Horse Town is this to spend so much money for protection from Wake Boarders?

Dues Increase For 2011

The budget numbers we were sent don't seem to make sense. For example...

2010 Actual to 9/30 Lawn Care is 46,500

We budgeted 75,600, but we're estimating we will spend 176,400 next year.

It's the same with water. We spent 13,130 (half of what was budgeted) by end of Sep but we're estimating we will spend 80,500 next year. There is no explanation offered as to why these budget numbers went up by 150,00.

These are whopping increases in budget, and the board is asking for a 30% increase in dues for next year. That is a lot to ask in a recession. The Federal Reserves move this week guarantees we are all going to be paying higher food, gas, and clothing prices next year. Those who pay dues to other sub-associations will most certainly be told they have to pay higher fees as well. Dues pricing affects home resale values.

I do not support such a large increase in dues, until there is a better explanation offered as to what we're paying for. I'm looking at surpluses over budget this year in water and lawn care and huge increases next year. The numbers don't add up.

Damn it all to Hell I cant seam to get the Fracking police off my mind in this blog! Everyone knows the hospital is for sale-maybe-or-not.
Heres whats bothering me. Did you know that Franklin Police can coerce your medical records? Yep they sure kan. An example is having your urine screen show your use of Cokaine or PCPs. Thats right people. The police can do this and I've seen the documents to prove it.
Is this a liability we want or is this how we want medical professionals behaving? Perhaps it would be better to go private. That way we all lose a big headache before it gets bigger.

Since the medical professionals at WMC dont want to be professional I say sell the Damn place. I would like to think a private entity could do the job better and be more honest with medical records

This is Franklin after all and that means corruption. You know what? If a corrupt city can sell this thing and health care can be done better then Im all for it. What is this one horse town all about wanting 911 tapes to become off limits to the public? Isnt 911 service part of our government? Why is more and more government departments wanting to get away from the publics eye?
Maybe the public should take away their tax dollars and let them operate on their own.
I have heard stories about medics calling dispatch asking for instructions how to do things from child birth to leg splints since dispatch has cheat sheets.
